ABOUT YOUR STAY
We require a valid credit card when booking but you will not be charged for your stay until the day before your arrival. If you prefer to pay in cash just let us know, but a card is still required to hold your reservation.
You can cancel for free until 1 week before your check in day, at which point you will be charged 50% of your stay. If you cancel within 24 hours of your check in, you will be responsible for the full amount of your stay.
Check-in and Check Out
Check-in begins at 3 and check out is at 11. If you need an early check-in or a late check out, please let us know ahead of time. Our office is now open, but guests can opt for a contactless check-in. We have adopted a contactless check in procedure, so we will process your payment the day before arrival and email pertinent information ahead of time so that when you arrive you can simply go right into your room and relax! Similarly, when you are ready to head out, you can simply leave your key in the room… but don’t forget to say goodbye before you leave!
We are no longer offering daily housekeeping in order to maintain your private space and for everyone’s safety, yet we are here if you need anything! We will provide you with a cell number you can call or text if you need anything at anytime. We also require guests to provide us with a number you can be reached at while you are staying here. (This number of course will never be shared with anyone else or used for promotional purposes.)
Pets are not allowed in any of our rooms, and smoking is not permitted in the building or in common areas outside the building.
Basically we believe in the golden rule… treat others the way you would like to be treated, and treat your “home away from home” the way you would like yours to be treated. Please respect your fellow guests and their space and we ask that you are mindful of quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am so everyone can rest well.
